Dograjmy Terms
Version: 1.1
Effective date: 19 August 2026
1. Service provider and contact
Dograjmy is provided by Tomasz Guzik, a sole trader operating under the business name Tomasz Guzik, ul. Długa 66a, 32-300 Olkusz, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6372203978, referred to as the “Service Provider”.
For service, complaint or personal-data matters, e-mail tomasz.guzik94@gmail.com.
2. What Dograjmy does
Dograjmy is a free service for adults in supported cities across Poland. It supports badminton, table tennis, squash, padel and tennis. It lets players create profiles, state availability and preferred venues, find other players, create and manage game proposals, receive notifications and suggest venues. Supported cities, sports and features are shown in the service.
Dograjmy is not a sports club, venue, event organizer or payment intermediary.
You need an internet connection, a current browser supporting JavaScript, necessary cookies and browser storage, and a working e-mail address. Push notifications require a compatible browser and are optional.
Internet services carry risks such as phishing, stolen sign-in links, malicious software and unauthorized device access. Do not share sign-in links and use an up-to-date, secured device.
3. Account and age requirement
To use private features, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and current information, create one account for yourself, and protect sign-in links and active sessions.
You are responsible for activity on your account unless the loss of access was not caused by you. If you suspect an account takeover, contact us without delay.
The Dograjmy service contract is entered into for an indefinite period when you complete the first profile after explicitly accepting the Terms and acknowledging that the Privacy Policy was presented. Merely opening the site or starting sign-in does not enter into the contract.
You may terminate the contract at any time by sending a message from the e-mail address linked to the account. Termination takes effect when the Service Provider receives it. The Privacy Policy explains any continued storage or deletion of data.
4. Arranging games
Dograjmy does not book courts, collect venue fees or become a party to arrangements with a venue or another player. A proposal or confirmed game does not guarantee a booking, attendance or safety.
Before playing, confirm the venue terms, cost, participants and safety arrangements yourself. Each player is responsible for their own decision to meet and participate in physical activity. Dograjmy does not verify identity, health, skill level or bookings made by participants.
5. Conduct rules
Treat other players with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, spam, fraud, misuse of another person's data, content used without permission, attempts to bypass security, automated data collection, disruption of the service and unlawful use are prohibited.
6. Player content
You keep your rights to photos, notes and venue suggestions that you add. To the extent that content is protected by copyright, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it only as needed to provide Dograjmy. The licence ends when the content is removed or the contract ends, subject to the technical time needed to delete copies and obligations imposed by law.
Do not add another person's data, confidential or unlawful content, or special-category data such as health information.
You may report illegal content or a breach of the Terms by e-mail. Include a link or another way to identify the content, describe the breach and explain the reason for the report. Moderation decisions are made manually.
The Service Provider may remove content or limit its visibility where content or use of Dograjmy breaches the law, these Terms, another person's safety or service security. The measure will be proportionate to the type and scale of the breach. We will give a clear reason and explain how to challenge the decision by e-mail unless the law prohibits disclosure.
7. Service availability and changes
The service may contain errors and interruptions. We may perform maintenance or limit access where required for security, stability or a legal obligation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may change the service for a valid reason, such as a change in law, removal of a threat or abuse, a change in technology or an external integration, adjustment to the number of users, or the introduction, change or withdrawal of a feature. A change is free of charge and does not affect acquired rights. We will announce a change affecting an ongoing contract before it takes effect. If the law gives you a right to terminate or another remedy, we will explain it with the change notice.
8. Ending use and account access
You may stop using the service at any time under section 3. Data rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and complaints
We are responsible for the service to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, we are not responsible for player conduct, venue conditions, bookings or harm resulting from decisions made outside Dograjmy. This does not exclude the Service Provider's responsibility for its own acts, omissions or a failure of the service to conform to the contract.
You may submit a complaint about Dograjmy by e-mail. It is helpful to describe the problem, when it occurred and the requested outcome. Missing information does not remove the right to complain. We will answer a consumer complaint within 14 days after receiving it, using the e-mail address given in the complaint. If more information is needed, we will ask for it without undue delay.
10. Changes, governing law and ending the service
We may change the Terms because of a change in law, security, how the service works or a need to clarify a provision. We will announce a change affecting an ongoing contract before it takes effect. If a change requires acceptance, we will ask for it explicitly and record the accepted version and time.
Polish law applies without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Disputes may be heard by the competent common courts.
We may end the whole service for a valid reason after giving users advance notice. We will provide a way to submit a data request under the Privacy Policy.
